When you guys announced Sam as Cap I was the happiest i ever felt over a comic book announcement. When you guys said that he'd be sticking around for a while i literally wanted to cry. There are hundreds of black superheroes but for one to take the title of CAPTAIN AMERICA is HUGE and I couldn't wait to buy issues to show the kids in my family, after all representation is important. Sorry you feel that way, but we’re not replacing him with Steve again. Both Sam and Steve will continue to be Captain America.

It’s like no one can be bothered to read past a headline anymore. All the news articles explicitly state that both Sam Wilson and Steve Rogers will be taking on the role of different Captain Americas, just as both Peter Parker and Miles Morales both take on the role of different Spider-Men in the same universe.
