In New Avengers reed said that there are only two dozen universes left but spider-verse currently has like 700 Spider-Men from different dimensions. does this mean that all of those dimensions were ended as well? Aren't SV and SW connected?

No, SPIDER-VERSE and SECRET WARS aren’t directly connected, apart from both taking place within the same multiverse. And NEW AVENGERS is presently eight months ahead of SPIDER-VERSE, so a lot can happen in eight months.
